One. ZHENGFENG-TANKLIGHT ECOLOGICAL FILM

Our company's self-developed plant abundance to light ecological film, on the basis of the original multi-functional effect to increase the optimization of the sun light wave selection, for the greenhouse plants to configure the best light recipes. The 7-color visible light of solar light wave is in the range of 390nm-770nm, among which blue light is beneficial to the growth of stems and leaves of crops, but the range of blue light wave is only 420-470 nm, red light is beneficial to the growth of fruits of crops, but the range of red light wave is 605-770nm. A large number of light waves such as orange, yellow, green, green and ultraviolet light are useless to crops. The light conversion ecological film is to turn these useless light into useful light, so that the light wave of the sun will produce blue shift or red shift, or even large-span light conversion to meet the needs of crop light and light. It can shorten the maturity period of crops, increase crop yield, and produce more fruits and vegetables on limited land.

The light-converting ecological film uses rare earth light-converting agents, fluorescent materials, nano materials and pigments to be added inside the film, so that when sunlight light waves pass through the film, changes conducive to crop growth are produced, and the optimal recipes are configured for plant growth. Planting different plants in different seasons can choose different agricultural film, can achieve the following effects:

* Shorten crop maturity, increase production and income.

* Increasing light and effect will produce fruits and vegetables with rich nutrition and better taste.

* Rapid growth will reduce the amount of pesticides, so that fruits and vegetables add green.

II. Brief Introduction of Water Margin Brand Multi-degradable Film Project

1, the basis of the topic

China has widely used plastic film mulching cultivation technology for nearly 30 years. Because the plastic film is too thin (the thinnest can reach 4um), it is difficult to recover, and the plastic film raw material polyethylene cannot be degraded. The residue of the plastic film causes environmental pollution and soil structure damage.

Recently, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the problem of plastic film pollution, and is eager to take effective measures to control the white pollution of plastic film. It is suggested that there are two ways to control white pollution: one is to recycle residual plastic film, and the other is to use biodegradable plastic film.

2. Research status at home and abroad

For the degradation of plastic film technology at home and abroad are mostly used in the light degradation of biological degradation, the former light degradation of plastic film is mainly used in the synthetic resin to add photosensitizer to the method of degradation. The former Soviet Union and Japan have also carried out this study. China began to develop photodegradable film in the early 1980 s, using a process route similar to that of foreign countries, and has now reached the level of large-scale production. However, due to the photodegradable plastic film buried soil part is not degraded, the degraded debris is not easy to continue to powder or assimilate by the soil, the problem of contaminated soil has not been fundamentally solved. In addition, the cost is higher than that of ordinary films, which limits the popularization and application. The latter can be degraded by microbial action of mulch film (lower layer of biodegradable mulch film). This film is mainly natural polymer as raw material, such as Japan using cellulose and chitin aqueous solution film, Germany using amylose or high amylose starch and other natural polymer materials film. China has also used cellulose to make films, but although these films can be degraded, they all have the problems of processing difficulties, tensile transparency and poor water resistance, which cannot be controlled in degradation time and cannot be popularized and applied at all.

This project research is mainly based on the mature production technology and advanced manufacturing equipment of our company, combined with the in-depth research on plastic polyethylene and polymer in the School of Chemical Engineering of Shandong University of Technology, to develop a new type of light and biological controllable degradable plastic film product.

1,The two technologies of photodegradation and biodegradation are integrated together to produce light and biodegradable plastic film (multi-degradable plastic film), which can finally assimilate the polymer into the soil.

2,Light, biodegradable plastic film with complete degradation, not only to ensure that the light part of the light degradation, and buried soil part can also be through the biological degradation and thermal degradation of the comprehensive role of degradation to the extent that does not affect the next season farming, and in the next year degradation for non-polluting substances.

3、Realize the degradation of plastic film decomposition controllability, solve the world's current degradation of plastic film decomposition is not regular problem, to achieve real controllable decomposition on time.

The project is to integrate the two major technologies of photodegradation and biodegradation together, light and biodegradation mulched film (multi-degradable mulched film). The microbial sensitive substance (enzyme) is blended with the synthetic resin, and the photosensitizer is introduced into the system at the same time. After the induction period, the synthetic resin is degraded into low-molecular compounds through the sensitization of the photosensitizer. The added microbial sensitive substance is naturally degraded by the microorganism. At the same time, because the microorganisms aggregated on the product can act on the generated low-molecular compounds, the polymer is finally assimilated into the soil. Light, biodegradable plastic film with complete degradation, not only to ensure that the light part of the light degradation, and buried soil part can also be through the biological degradation and thermal degradation of the comprehensive role of degradation to the extent that does not affect the next season farming, and in the next year degradation for non-polluting substances. Compared with ordinary plastic film and photodegradable plastic film, light and biodegradable plastic film have made great progress in reducing residual film pollution. Innovatively integrate the shortcomings of degradable plastic film in the past, and find an effective solution for white pollution. The promotion of multi-degradable plastic film is the development trend of my country's plastic film industry in the future, and it is also a necessary prerequisite for the development of sustainable agriculture.

The research of this project not only realizes the perfect combination of light and biodegradation in the principle of degradation, but also realizes the controllability of the degradation of plastic film,China has a vast territory, different regions, different environments, and different crops. There are strict requirements on the degradation cycle of degradable films. In recent years, it is not uncommon for domestic degradable plastic films to be degraded in advance, resulting in the embarrassing situation that manufacturers are afraid to promote and farmers dare not use. In order to solve this world outstanding problem that affects the promotion of degradable plastic films, we have launched in-depth experiments according to different crops, different air humidity, different illumination time, different ultraviolet irradiation intensity, different air flow rate, different drought degree and different product thickness, scientific and theoretical distribution of biological enzyme and photosensitizer was carried out at the beginning of product production. More than 70 experimental sites were developed for different products in Xinjiang, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Shandong, Shaanxi, Guangdong, Yunnan, Guangxi and other places in China, local merchants are responsible for taking photos of the surface changes of the degraded film every week, monitoring and recording the air humidity, soil drought level, illumination time, air velocity, ultraviolet intensity and environmental data. In Xinjiang, Gansu and Inner Mongolia of China, the air velocity is fast and the wind is strong, the soil is dry, the ultraviolet radiation is strong and the illumination time is long. These unfavorable factors will cause the film to decompose faster. In Yunnan and Guangxi, the air humidity is high, low air mobility, mild climate and high land humidity, these factors will correspondingly prolong the degradation time of the film for several months. In terms of the time period required for crop planting and moisture conservation, for example, the cotton in Xinjiang needs the film to decompose after three months, the potato in Inner Mongolia needs the film to decompose after four months, and the tobacco in Yunnan needs to decompose after six months. If the film decomposes in advance during the moisture conservation period of crops, it will cause a large number of farmers' crops to be reduced in production or even died, resulting in huge economic losses. This requires us to produce accurate data, fully taking into account environmental factors and the time period of crop moisture preservation, and reach a controllable range. After nine months of experiments, more than 300 employees were dispatched to the north and south of the motherland and all over the country to accurately grasp the decomposition data of degradable plastic film under various environments and planting conditions, the development of controllable degradation mulch film, to solve the problem of the world's current degradation mulch film decomposition is not regular, to achieve real controllable decomposition on time, to show our advanced degradation theory and technology, we have obtained these valuable data, will win people's respect, will also play an important reference for the future development of degradable mulch film.

Our company and Shandong University of Technology School of Chemical Engineering jointly research and development of multi-degradable plastic filmThe technology mainly uses the strong ultraviolet radiation of the sun to cater to the light sensitive agent in the film to accelerate the decomposition and oxidation of the film, and uses the special catalytic effect of enzyme to promote the chemical reaction in polyethylene for the buried part under the soil, thus accelerating the degradation speed of the film. In addition, we add degradation aids according to a certain proportion according to the length of moisture preservation time required by farmers for crops in combination with local climatic conditions, so as to truly realize timely and controllable degradation performance; due to its main degradation material formula of calcium hydroxide powder and biological starch ingredients, its procurement of multi-degradable plastic film promotion and use costs will not increase too much, really reduce farmers' planting costs, change the effect of land environmental pollution, is a practical significance of high-quality and inexpensive products.

The controllable multi-component degradable mulching film jointly developed by our company and the School of Chemical Engineering of Shandong University of Technology has already met the basic conditions for mass production. We have investigated the auxiliary materials for the production of degradable masterbatch in the chemical plants of Shandong and other places nearby, and have conducted batch trial processing with small batch procurement. All the degradable mulching film products produced have reached various theoretical indexes, thus solving the supply problem of raw materials for mass production, in addition, we have modified some of the existing equipment to be more suitable for the production of degradable mulch film, with a daily output of up to 50 tons, which better guarantees the needs of the market. For the production quality standards of degradable mulch film, we have combined with the School of Chemical Engineering of Shandong University of Technology. The enterprise standard formulated and applied to the Municipal Quality Inspection Bureau for the record. All have reached the basic conditions of mass production.

Degradable plastic film Because the Chinese government has vigorously implemented environmental protection policies in recent years, China is a large agricultural country with a large area of arable land and a huge plastic film market.After more than 30 years of development in China, the majority of farmers have a high awareness of plastic film application. At present, various provinces are actively carrying out pilot projects of degradable plastic film, especially in Jilin, Shandong and Yunnan, where the promotion has made rapid progress, and the market has begun to start. In addition, the Chinese government has issued a "plastic ban order", which strongly supports green industrialization in terms of policy. At the special meeting in April 2012, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that it would set up an agricultural cleaner production project on plastic film degradation by the National Development and Reform and Reform Commission and Reform Commission and the Ministry of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Ministry of Finance, and 0.1 billion, promote the development of degradable plastic film in China. Degradable plastic film is the most effective way to solve the white pollution, so it has broad market prospects and huge market demand.
