There are 102 sets of process tooling and production and processing equipment. All products are produced by extrusion blow molding process, of which 3FM3200 to 3FM7000 five-layer co-extruded greenhouse film units are the latest units purchased by our company according to market needs. The equipment is fully automatic control, all from the well-known domestic manufacturers Guangdong Jinming, and the supporting equipment has the following world-leading technology.
1. perfect internal and external cooling technology:The internal cooling device increases the air volume, and adopts the imported ultrasonic detector. After the detection signal is processed, the folding diameter control system adjusts the speed of the inlet and outlet fans in time through automatic detection and calculation, so that the film folding diameter deviation is guaranteed in a very small range. The external cooling adopts the world's most advanced double tuyere air ring, the stability of the bubble is greatly increased, and the blowing ratio can reach up to 1:3.5. The IBC internal cooling control system has a powerful air exchange volume to improve the cooling effect and increase the transparency of the film and other appearance quality.
2. industry-leading 360-degree online remote sensing thickness measurement deviceThe device is the most advanced remote sensing thickness measurement technology from Japan. The thickness gauge is installed on a circular track along the outer edge of the bubble, which can realize 360-degree rotation online thickness measurement. The measured data are timely and effectively displayed on the screen. When the test result is calculated by the control system to exceed the maximum thickness limit deviation, the system will automatically alarm and display the maximum thickness deviation position, so that the engineering and technical personnel timely and accurately solve the problem of product thickness deviation.

3. has a rare dual-liquid high-pressure rotating in-line spraying process in China.Five sets of five-layer co-extrusion units can be produced. Two polymer nano-liquids with different components are sprayed on the treated inner membrane surface successively to form a very thin molecular nano-layer, which not only achieves excellent long-term dripping and defogging effect, but also has sterilization and deodorization effect. The long-life dripping and defogging film produced by this process has the best effect.
The 4. uses the mold industry recognized the best mold material, 42CrMo. The material has high strength, good toughness, small deformation at high temperature, high creep strength and lasting strength. The computer-aided geometric design of the mold is realized on the basis of digital and physical model method. There is no dead angle inside the mold, which reduces the original residence time, avoids raw material carbonization, hard chromium plating on the die mouth, and mirror polishing. On the one hand, good heat shrinkage performance avoids the thickness deviation of the film, in addition, the smooth die ensures the high transmittance and appearance quality of the agricultural film.

5. superior fully automated performance.From the automatic material control system to extrusion blow molding, to intelligent wind control cooling, to packaging, all of the production data automatically generated by the control system according to the input production specifications, the entire process equipment production process will be intelligent automation to fully and effectively control the product quality, save labor and reduce costs.

In order to strictly control the product quality and ensure the qualified rate reaches 99%, the company's testing center is equipped with domestic advanced XL WPC intelligent film tensile machine, CHY-CL thickness gauge (maximum resolution 0.1UM), WGT light transmittance haze tester, HW flow drop tester and Z360 accelerated aging tester, which can comprehensively test the tensile rate, thickness deviation, light transmittance, flow drop resistance and aging resistance of products in turn, the testing center has professional testing and inspection personnel who can make independent identification reports for each batch of products, which provides a strong guarantee for the implementation of national standards for products.
